THE GREAT SEAL

HISTORY OF THE SEAL
From records available it is know that Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and John Adams, after having been appointed by the "Continental Congress" to submit designs for a new national crest or seal, all submitted designs relating to the history of God's people Israel, being aware of a divine will that was over their destiny.
